Valerie Bertinelli ( yes, from One Day at A Time and Jenny Craig) has written a book, Losing It- And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at A Time and was interviewed today on the Rachel Ray Show. I was listening to the show in my car driving to work today and I just had to share one of the things she said:
"If you don't shoot for the moon, you'll never get any further."
Hmmm...great minds think alike and all that!
